## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

 * Verständnis der aktuellen SAP-Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich BTP und Künstliche Intelligenz (AI).
 * Fundiertes Prozessverständnis in den Branchen Handel und Konsumgüter.
 * Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit.
 * C1 Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, B2 Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch.

## Description

* Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Umfeld SAP Customer Experience (CX) und Künstliche Intelligenz (AI).
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Entwicklung von fachlichen und technischen Lösungsarchitekturen im SAP CX / AI Umfeld.
 * Design und Umsetzung integrierter End-to-End-Lösungen innerhalb der SAP-Systemlandschaft.
 * Architekturberatung und Unterstützung von Projekten von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Implementierung.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie Unterstützung bei Kundenworkshops.
