## Description

* Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st-Level-Support per Telefon, Remote-Zugriff oder direkt vor Ort bei technischen Fragen und IT-Störungen
 * Installation, Einrichtung und Betreuung von Standard- und Branchensoftware, insbesondere Lösungen aus dem Microsoft-Umfeld sowie spezielle Software für Kanzleien
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen in Windows-Client-Umgebungen, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
 * Verwaltung und Administration von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen sowie Benutzerkonten in Active Directory bzw. Entra ID
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen, Systemen und Lösungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Schulung von Anwendern im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
