 * Betreuung des Ersatzteil- und Tooling-Prozesses, inkl. Bearbeitung von Serviceberichten
 * Beratung zu nicht mehr verfügbaren Bauteilen
 * Identifikation passender Ersatzteile anhand von Maschinendokumentationen
 * Technische Abstimmung mit den Werken
 * Koordination mit internen Abteilungen, z. B. zur Ersatzteilbeschaffung
 * Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen
 * Erstellung technischer Wartungsverträge
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank
 * Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. Remote-Support, Kundenportal, Cloud-Lösungen)
 * Mitarbeit in der technischen Support-Hotline
