 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Leitstelle, Kommunikationswegen und Netzwerkkomponenten

 * Fachliche Koordination interner Mitarbeiter, externer Dienstleister und technischer Partner

 * Analyse und Nachverfolgung technischer Störungen, Eskalationen und Schnittstellenprobleme
