* Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der sachlichen und fachlichen Anwendung von IT-Systemen
 * Verantwortung für den First-Level-Support mit technischer und anwendungsbezogener Unterstützung der Benutzerinnen und Benutzer
 * Zentrale Verwaltung der Benutzerkonten sowie Einrichtung und Pflege von Zugriffsrechten (MS Active Directory)
 * Verwaltung von Windows-Servern (2016, 2019, 2022)
 * Support von Hard- und Software im Windows-Client-Umfeld
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von E-Mail-Konten sowie Benutzerberechtigungen für neue und bestehende Mitarbeitende
