 * Erfahrungen im IT-Systemsmanagement (ITIL), dem Testmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Bezug auf IT-Infrastruktur machen dich zum Profi.
 * Eine ITIL Foundation Ausbildung oder eine höhere Zertifizierung bringst du ebenfalls mit.
 * Eine eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und methodische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und kundenorientiertes Denken zeichnen dich aus.

 * Entwickele unsere Jira- und Confluence-Systeme weiter und kümmere Dich um Updates und Aktualisierungen.
 * Sorge als Ansprechpartner im Second-Level-Support für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
 * Schule und berate unsere Kunden in der Verwendeung und Weiterentwicklung von Jira und Confluence.
