* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows-Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Clients und IT-Systemen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs und der IT-Sicherheit
 * Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie Bearbeitung von Tickets
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung von Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. VLAN, LACP, SNMP, IPSec)
 * Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Virtualisierungslösungen
