## Description

In Ihrem neuen Job als IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d) - Sie:

 * beheben Fehler an der Hard- und Software
 * installieren Notebooks und PCs
 * führen den Hardwareaustausch sowie Garantieabwicklungen durch
 * leisten Second Level Support für Client Systeme und Endgeräte wie PCs, Notebooks, Drucker sowie weitere Peripherie
 * kümmern sich um die Datenrettung und Datenwiederherstellung
 * erstellen Diagnosen für Hard- und Software
 * übernehmen das Dispatching sowie die Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
