* You have at least 5+ years of software development experience
 * Strong expertise in React, Python, FastAPI, React, Redux Toolkit, and TanStack Router
 * Comfort using AI coding tools to accelerate development
 * Experience building AI-powered features
 * Experience in developing complex forms using react-hook-form and zod while ensuring a responsive and frictionless user journey
 * Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practices
 * You can evaluate what's hype versus what's real business value
 * You have a good understanding of Docker, AWS and cloud native architecture
 * You have experience debugging and resolving production issues
 * You have led large complex projects from beginning to end
 * You have excellent communication skills in English, and experience with distributed teams is a plus
