## About the Role

Do you have experience in Product testing in engineering?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

 * 6 months to 1 year of technical repair or production experience required
 * Experience debugging and testing electro-mechanical assemblies required
 * A+ Certification is a plus
 * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
 * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
 * Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment

## Description

We are hiring a Production Technician to support our operations team in diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware and components. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and performance standards are met in a fast-paced production environment., * Perform testing and diagnostics on servers and electronic components

 * Troubleshoot technical issues and complete required documentation
 * Repair or replace components as needed
 * Disassemble and reassemble units following work instructions
 * Use tools and test equipment to identify and resolve issues
 * Inspect products to ensure quality and proper labeling
 * Enter repair and test data accurately into internal systems
 * Communicate recurring issues to engineering and quality teams
 * Support continuous improvement through data collection and analysis
 * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
