This role supports the fees that are processed through the Fee Management System (FMS), with a focus on full straight through processing for charging events and support daily processing for updates. This role is responsible for handling complex and escalated FMS inquiries, leading operational and process improvement initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for FMS workflows. The Analyst partners closely with internal stakeholders to research, resolve, and prevent compensation issues while enhancing the overall advisor experience. The role reports directly to the VP of Operations leading FMS development.
