## About the Role

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
 * Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
 * Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on business.
 * Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
 * Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
 * Experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
 * Experience using Git and modern DevOps practices

 * Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends.
 * Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions
 * Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance.
 * Uphold data governance and security protocols.
 * Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy.
 * Lead d manage cross-functional teams.
 * Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
