## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow RSM/ESM Consultant with 9-10 years of genuine hands-on ServiceNow experience, including deep expertise in RSM (Retail Service Management) and/or ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects, possess strong platform development and configuration skills, and be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to design and implement enterprise solutions., * 9-10 years of overall IT experience.

 * Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
 * Strong expertise in Retail Service Management (RSM) and/or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) modules.
 * Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
 * Proven experience working in Agile environments.

## Description

* Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and catalog items.
 * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
 * Customize ServiceNow applications while following platform best practices.
 * Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
 * Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
 * Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and project managers.
 * Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge articles.
 * Ensure platform security, scalability, and maintainability.
