Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 6+ years of Configuration Management experience * Demonstrated experience managing configuration control for complex, mission-critical federal, DoD, or enterprise information systems. * Strong knowledge of configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, verification/audit, release control, and document governance. * Experience leading configuration control boards, engineering change reviews, configuration reviews, readiness reviews, and production-release gates. * Ability to evaluate technical, operational, cybersecurity, interface, data, schedule, test, and rollback impacts of proposed changes. * Experience controlling configurations across software, Windows/Linux infrastructure, virtualization, databases, middleware, identity services, cybersecurity tooling, and development/test environments. * Experience coordinating patch, vulnerability, security-directive, upgrade, enhancement, and emergency-change activities within prescribed timelines. * Ability to maintain authoritative repositories, configuration item relationships, baselines, version histories, approval records, and audit-ready evidence. * Working knowledge of RMF, Assessment and Authorization, security-control evidence, vulnerability remediation, and DoD/Air Force cybersecurity compliance. * Strong process leadership, facilitation, technical writing, quality control, analysis, metrics, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills. ## Description cFocus Software seeks a Configuration Manager to join our program supporting the United States Air Force. This position is onsite with the onsite location being in Ellsworth, South Dakota.
