Experience in Lieu of Education Equivalent combinations of education and experience that demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. ## Description Responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of a complex portfolio of learning products and assists in the mentorship and development of learning product owners and associate learning product owners. Operates with a high degree of strategic ownership at the intersection of learning science, product thinking, and instructional technology to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences. Combines strategic and creative thinking with efficient, time-sensitive execution to drive portfolio-level outcomes while identifying areas for systemic improvement., * Lead the design and continuous improvement of complex learning experiences aligned to learner needs, business priorities, and market demand. * Own a portfolio of strategic learning products, guiding product strategy, roadmap development, launch, and ongoing optimization. * Partner with assessment, development, and research teams to ensure alignment between competencies, assessments, instructional strategies, and product outcomes. * Use data, experimentation, and learner insights to drive product enhancements and improve engagement, persistence, and completion metrics. * Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to accelerate design, content creation, analysis, and workflow efficiency. * Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an agile environment. * Identify risks, automate processes, and apply systems-thinking approaches to improve product quality, scalability, and long-term portfolio performance., This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
