Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience: * Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline is preferred. * A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience desired Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. A background investigation at the T3 level is required, as this is not currently a classified position. Work Location: Remote within the Continental US or Hawaii. Must be able to support Central Time hours (8:00AM - 4:00 PM). Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: * Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. * Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. * Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. ## Description Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Senior Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on software development support for the sustainment, enhancement, and secure operation of the U.S. Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS). This role supports a mission-critical enterprise application used by thousands of manpower professionals to manage organizational structures, manpower authorizations, and force planning data across classified and unclassified environments. The Senior Developer delivers secure, reliable, and high-performing software solutions that support continuous system availability, data integrity, and evolving Navy manpower requirements.
