(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) * Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership" * Experience leading a software development team through the full software lifecycle * 1+ years of experience with software development processes * Experience with Agile and/or SAFe Principles & Methodologies Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Experience with Mission systems or software experience on Boeing fighter platforms * Experience working in a partnership relationship either internal or external to Boeing * Experience with Mission Critical elements of military aircraft * Experience with the life cycle of development and test of flight software products * Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) experience Travel: Some travel may be required up to 10% of the time., This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) ## Description The Mission Software Manager is responsible for the leadership of a team of software engineers that develop flight software and infrastructure software (simulation and modeling) for the F-22 Raptor.
