Preferred Education And Experience

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred; PhD a plus
 * 7+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development

You will serve as a key technical leader in developing sophisticated, embedded software solutions for ADI's most challenging products. This senior position requires deep technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and the capacity to influence technical strategy across teams. You'll work on complex/critical projects as a key contributor and technical resource, potentially leading teams without formal management responsibilities., * Lead architecture and design of complex embedded software systems

 * Drive technical innovation and best practices across teams
 * Develop solutions to complex technical problems
 * Provide technical leadership on strategic projects
 * Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization
 * Influence cross-functional technical decisions
