WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS: * C++ Expert: Strong in modern standards (C++17/20), manual memory management (RAII, smart pointers), multi-threading, and build tools like CMake. * CI/CD & Pipeline Architect: Expert at building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines, specifically handling the unique compilation, caching, and multi-stage testing requirements of hybrid C++/Python container images. * Configuration Management (CM) & GitOps: Deep experience in code base configuration management, version control strategy (branching models, tag management), and declarative environment management (Infrastructure as Code). ## Description * Technical Rigor: Maintain a strict commitment to testing, repeatable processes, thorough documentation of software design, and reliable delivery.
