## About the Role

Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar).
Proven experience in managing and coordinating technological or space projects.
Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, planning, risks, and budget.
Hands?on experience
managing projects with ESA (European Space Agency), including direct interaction with the agency and understanding of its processes.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of the space project lifecycle (Phases 0/A/B/C/D/E).
Experience working under ECSS standards.
Knowledge of SATCOM environments (highly relevant for IRIS2).
Proficiency with planning tools (MS Project, Jira or similar).
