## About the Role

6+ years of software engineering with a strong focus on full?stack development and business application delivery
Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern front?end tooling
Strong back?end skills: API design, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies
Proven hands?on experience with process automation and workflow orchestration (n8n, Make, Logic Apps, or similar) - highly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
Passion for productivity tooling, automation, and emerging tech trends
Preferred
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and/or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as an added advantage
Experience with DevOps practices and tooling: GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and Docker?based deployments (optional but a strong plus)
Experience building AI?powered applications: integrating LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns
Knowledge of identity and access management (OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SSO, zero?trust patterns)
Experience with API gateways, event?driven architectures (Service Bus, Kafka), and integration middleware
Observability and reliability engineering (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SLOs)
Background in enterprise?scale deployments and data privacy/compliance requirements
