## About the Role

Experience working with Workday, ideally in an international environment
Strong configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and either Time Tracking, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance or Recruiting.
Candidates with other Workday expertise are also welcome to apply.
Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, Security and experience supporting Workday integrations
Understanding of payroll processes is an advantage
Ability to guide and suggest improvements to existing Workday processes and functionalities
Strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management and project coordination experience
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Available to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per week

## Description
