## About the Role

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a (technical) product management role.
Strong technical - e.g., as Backend Engineer - and lateral leadership skills with a passion to collaborate and motivate while setting ambitious goals.
Proven experience in managing Tech Teams in a Fullstack Context including Infrastructure.
Having experience in Platform Engineering is a big plus.
Proven experience managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organization, and integration capabilities, demonstrating self-management within defined responsibilities.
Proficient in problem-solving with a focus on developing solutions within established guidelines.

## Description
