## About the Role

2-4 Years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in platform environments
Proven experience in a software engineering environment
Strong understanding of SRE principles, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation tools like Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, and Terraform
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: Technical background (former engineer or SRE), experience with large-scale distributed systems, knowledge of reliability engineering concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), cloud platform certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure), Scrum certifications
