What We Look For Technical Skills Experience: 8+ years in network engineering, focusing on VMware SDDC environments.
VMware Stack: Strong experience with VCF and NSX / NSX?T.
Core Networking: Deep knowledge of BGP, VXLAN, Geneve, micro?segmentation, and multi?tenancy.
Automation: Hands?on experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible, NetBox, or VMware APIs in CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud & Hybrid: Experience connecting private clouds to public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on?prem networks.
Modern Tech: Basic familiarity with Kubernetes CNI, Tanzu, or NSX ALB (Avi Networks).
Soft Skills Strong mentorship and team-building skills.
Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to non?technical partners.
Growth mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
Languages Spanish / German: Nice to have, but not required.

## Description
