Proven experience in an
IT Support / IT Service Desk
role within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory , and standard workplace IT tools
Experience with
ITSM / ticketing tools
(ServiceNow is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of
PC hardware, basic networking (TCP/IP) , and remote support tools
German language (native or C-level)
