## About the Role

Hands-on experience administering and configuring Microsoft SharePoint environments.
Proven background in SharePoint migration, including large-scale file and content moves.
Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site structure, permissions, and document management best practices.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Office 365 platforms in a business setting.
Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps is preferred.
Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

## Description

We are looking for an SharePoint Administrator to support the design, administration, and optimization of collaboration and business systems for a growing organization in Land O'Lakes This Long-term Contract position will focus on establishing a well-structured SharePoint environment, improving document access across departments, and helping expand Microsoft 365 capabilities. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to dashboard support and lay the groundwork for future reporting and automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Create and configure a new SharePoint environment, including department-specific sites tailored to business needs.

Plan and execute the transfer of a large volume of organizational files into SharePoint while preserving usability and structure.

Design document libraries, navigation paths, metadata, and permission models to support secure and efficient information sharing.

Organize departmental content so teams can easily locate, manage, and collaborate on documents across the organization.

Provide ongoing administration and support for SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 tools.

Assist with the rollout, adoption, and day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services.

Maintain and support internal dashboards, ensuring they remain accurate, functional, and aligned with user needs.

Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system configurations and improvements.

Help introduce reporting capabilities and recommend tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps where appropriate.Share
