* Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator who can independently manage day-to-day tenant administration, troubleshoot issues, support large-scale migrations, and work effectively with both IT teams and end users.

## Description

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to support a large-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This role will focus on user administration, troubleshooting, migration support, and ensuring a smooth transition for thousands of end users. The ideal candidate should have strong M365 administration experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and Exchange Online administration.
 * Support the migration of users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and resolve post-migration issues.
 * Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify and resolve migration challenges.
 * Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support materials.
 * Provide support and guidance to end users and business stakeholders during the migration process.
 * Ensure a smooth onboarding experience as new users transition to Microsoft 365.
