## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation for a global manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP TM, shipping and transportation processes, and end-to-end solution delivery., * 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM/STM) experience.

 * Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
 * Expertise in Freight Units and Freight Orders.
 * SAP TM configuration and business process design.
 * Integration with ShipERP, EWM, GTS, and external warehouse (3PL) systems.
 * Carrier integration and Route Determination.
 * Functional specification writing and documentation.
 * Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
 * Test planning, reporting, and change management.

Preferred Skills

 * Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
 * Experience implementing SAP Best Practices.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., * 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience.
 * Experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA TM implementations for enterprise clients.
 * Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

## Description

* Lead SAP TM workstream activities, including requirement gathering and solution design.
 * Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate SAP Best Practice discussions.
 * Prepare and deliver system demonstrations and workshop presentations.
 * Configure and document SAP TM solutions based on business requirements.
 * Create functional specifications, process flows, and key decision documents.
 * Support test planning, change management, reporting, and security requirements.
 * Implement Freight Units, Freight Orders, and Advanced Transportation capabilities in SAP S/4HANA.
 * Integrate SAP TM with ShipERP, EWM, GTS, Dangerous Goods, carrier systems, and external 3PL warehouse solutions.
 * Configure route determination and transportation planning processes.
