## About the Role

* Product Owner experience within Agile/Scrum environments
 * Strong experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
 * Experience with refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery support
 * Hands-on Jira experience
 * Ability to partner effectively with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
 * Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance product delivery, workflow creation, requirements refinement, or day-to-day execution
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting workflow-driven or process-driven applications
 * Exposure to workflow orchestration or business process automation platforms
 * Experience with Camunda, Pega, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
 * Understanding of enterprise application integrations and data flows
 * Telecom, provisioning, fulfillment, service delivery, or operational workflow experience
 * Technical aptitude and familiarity with software development concepts and release processes

This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible program where you'll help shape how teams leverage modern workflow platforms, AI-assisted development, and enterprise integrations to streamline operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

 * Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
 * Own and manage backlog prioritization, refinement, and ongoing delivery support
 * Partner with Product Managers, Product Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
 * Support workflow modernization initiatives and process automation efforts
 * Work closely with development teams during implementation, testing, and production deployment
 * Ensure workflows, screens, integrations, and data requirements are thoroughly documented
 * Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, standups, and planning sessions
 * Lead discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and resolve blockers
 * Drive continuous improvement across workflow processes and customer experiences
 * Support defect management, enhancement requests, and production validation activities
