Reviews master schedule and work orders, establishes priorities, and adjusts schedule according to projects. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation and operation of enterprise PLM systems for U.S. Department of Defense customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity on any large enterprise system implementation/integration project specific to Configuration Management with general knowledge of the 12 elements of Product Support., * Currently hold an active U.S. security clearance (or able to obtain one). * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint. Proficiency in Windchill or Teamcenter is desired. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences., * Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries or other highly regulated environments. * Familiarity with Product Support elements. * Knowledge of DoD software development policies, requirements and artifacts like Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Software Design Description (SDD), Interface Design Description (IDD), Software Development Plan (SDP), Interface Control Document (ICD), etc. * Understanding of data migration and system integration concepts. * Familiarity with Configuration Status Accounting and/or Provisioning processes in the US DoD or equivalent military industrial supplier or platform owner. * Experience with at least one PLM application like Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, Oracle PLM, Enovia, etc. Clearance Requirements Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL).
