Physical Requirements * Ability to lift and transport computer equipment up to 40 pounds. * Ability to crawl under desks, install hardware, and work in server rooms or office environments as needed. * Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods., * Experience supporting Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management platforms. * Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation. * Experience supporting Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID). * Experience with virtualization technologies. * Experience in government, DoD, healthcare, financial, or other highly regulated environments. * Familiarity with ITIL best practices. Preferred Certifications * CompTIA A+ * CompTIA Network+ * CompTIA Security+ * Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate * ITIL Foundation Required Education/Certifications: s 4 - 25 years of experience. s Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. ## Description * Provide Tier I, II, and III technical support for Windows and Linux desktop and laptop systems, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral hardware. * Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Linux operating system issues, Microsoft 365, Office applications, browsers, VPN, and common enterprise software issues. * Install, configure, image, deploy, maintain, and upgrade Windows and Linux desktop and laptop computers. * Perform software installations, updates, patch management, and operating system maintenance for Windows and Linux environments. * Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and Linux authentication services, including user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls. * Support enterprise endpoint management solutions and Linux system administration tools where applicable. * Collaborate with Windows, Linux, server, network, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues. Tier Expectations Tier II * Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems, enterprise applications, network connectivity, and endpoint management solutions. * Support Windows and Linux workstation imaging, deployments, configuration management, and lifecycle maintenance. * Mentor Tier I technicians and assist with incident resolution.
