## Description

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support in a corporate environment. This role will focus on end-user support, device management, troubleshooting, and assisting with various IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting a Microsoft-based environment., * Provide technical support for end users and leadership personnel

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and related technologies
 * Assist with device deployments, upgrades, and refresh projects
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities
 * Document support activities and maintain technical documentation
 * Partner with other IT teams to support projects and ongoing initiatives
 * Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues
