Data Analysis & Mapping * Analyze ServiceNow ITSM data structures, including: Incidents Problems Changes Knowledge Articles CMDB Assets Service Catalog Requests & Tasks User and Group Data * Design source-to-target mappings for Salesforce Agentforce ITSM objects. * Document transformation, enrichment, and data validation rules. ETL/ELT Development * Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading. * Integrate ServiceNow APIs, databases, and exports with Salesforce data ingestion mechanisms. * Leverage Salesforce Bulk APIs and data loading frameworks for high-volume data migration. Data Quality & Governance * Implement data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and deduplication processes. * Develop reconciliation frameworks to ensure data completeness and accuracy. * Monitor data validation metrics and address data anomalies proactively. * Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security policies. Salesforce Agentforce Data Enablement * Support migration of service operations data into Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce environments. * Optimize migrated data for Agentforce AI-driven support workflows and automations. * Ensure relationships, hierarchies, and historical records are accurately migrated and maintained. Technical Leadership * Provide mentoring and technical guidance to data engineers and migration specialists. * Conduct design reviews and code reviews. * Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, ServiceNow SMEs, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
