The GIS Specialist serves as the geospatial subject matter expert supporting NOAA Ocean Exploration programs. The successful candidate develops enterprise geospatial solutions integrating oceanographic, environmental, expedition, and scientific datasets into interactive mapping applications, analytical products, and decision-support tools.
