## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape AI-driven, production-grade applications that redefine how ratings analysts work. You'll join Fitch's Toronto AI innovation hub to build full-stack platforms with embedded AI capabilities, moving beyond legacy systems. You'll own critical components, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others as you scale intelligent automation across financial workflows. This position offers high visibility, strategic impact, and the opportunity to lead greenfield AI-powered platforms in a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.
