## About the Role

Required

 * 2+ years of experience building data-driven applications or analytics solutions.
 * Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on usability and clean design.
 * Working knowledge of Databricks (SQL, workflows) and experience integrating data into applications within AWS environments such as S3.
 * Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools in collaborative development environments.
 * Understanding of APIs and data interfaces for consuming and delivering data.
 * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality output.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred

 * Bachelor's degree in a related field.
 * Experience working with large or complex datasets, including healthcare or claims data.
 * Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, and deployment workflows.
 * Experience documenting technical designs, data models, or workflows in a structured way
 * Ability to build out front-end tools and/or applications

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

## Description

* Design and develop modern, scalable web applications that deliver intuitive analytics experiences and support client-facing use cases.
 * Build reusable front-end components and contribute to full-stack solutions that integrate seamlessly with governed data platforms.
 * Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering across Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
 * Integrate applications with curated data products using Databricks and AWS environments to ensure reliable and secure data delivery.
 * Contribute to backend services and APIs that enable data access, interactivity, and system integration.
 * Apply strong engineering practices including testing, version control, and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
 * Support automation across development and data workflows, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
 * Monitor and optimize application performance and user experience using usage data and feedback.
 * Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable patterns that improve consistency and scalability.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency and solution quality.
