Proficient in leveraging AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and applying spec-driven development methodologies to accelerate engineering workflows. * Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications. Experience working with both foundational LLM and SLM models to build autonomous, multi-agent architectures. * Expertise in Context Engineering and building RAG and MCP architectures to optimize retrieval accuracy, context management, and model grounding. * Experience in harness engineering including designing model routing, agent execution loop, tool integration, safety guardrails, authZ, and execution environments and memory management to ensure reliability, observability, and deterministic performance in non-deterministic systems. * Passion for keeping pace with rapid AI advancements, continuously evaluating and integrating state-of-the-art models, tools, and design patterns into production systems. * Strong proficiency in backend languages and frameworks, including Java, Spring, Hibernate. * Proven Experience in building end to end features and products with high quality, availability, performance and scale. * Solid understanding of message queueing, event streaming and data caching. * Experience working with Database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), preferably OpenSearch and PostgreSQL, ClickHouse. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Familiarity with modern JavaScript-based web frameworks like Angular or React. * Knowledge of VMware technology is a plus ## Description Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
