This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with business users, understanding their challenges, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions., * Serve as the primary functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics GP. * Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and Accounting teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Build strong relationships with end users by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing application support. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, process improvements, and new initiatives. * Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and delivered as expected. * Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics GP modules while maintaining system integrity and best practices. * Coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new enhancements. * Develop training materials and deliver end-user training as new functionality is introduced. * Troubleshoot application issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve problems. * Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency while minimizing disruption to existing business operations. * Support upgrades, implementations, integrations, and ongoing ERP optimization projects. * Assist with reporting and data analysis using SmartList, SSRS, SQL queries, or other reporting tools. * Work closely with third-party vendors supporting integrated applications.
