As a Procedure Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in coordinating life-changing cardiovascular procedures and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers., * Schedule a wide range of cardiovascular procedures and lab appointments

 * Manage calendars using Outlook and Excel to ensure efficient workflow
 * Confirm appointments and provide clear instructions to patients
 * Verify patient demographics and insurance information
 * Communicate closely with physicians and catheterization lab staff
 * Maintain accurate records and stay highly organized across systems
 * Deliver compassionate, professional support to patients and internal teams
