Preferred Qualifications: · Masters degree in electrical engineering. · Experience in technical training development and presentation. · Experience in direct customer service and support. · Experience in working with high speed signals such as USB, PCIe, Ethernet, etc. · Experience in directly designing electrical circuits/system design/reference designs. · Experience with software based PCB design. · Experience with programming in embedded assembly and Python languages · Experience in working with Lab equipment like function generators, power supplies and oscilloscopes. · Experience in working with hardware and Microcontroller based designs · Experience in trouble shooting hardware and software issues Travel Time: 0% - 25% ## Description Microchip is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to join the USB and Networking business unit (UNG).
