## About the Role

* Demonstrate relevant experience and education in Computer Science or a related field.
 * Have proven professional experience in Go.
 * Have solid experience building high-performance, reliable systems (profiling, concurrency, memory/latency optimisation, and performance debugging).
 * Have shipped production software end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, triage, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
 * Show proven experience in designing and improving complex distributed systems, particularly with performance-critical system development expertise.
 * Be comfortable working in an Agile development environment (iterative delivery, reviews, planning, and continuous improvement).
