## About the Role

You're proficient in Python and have experience building APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
You're also familiar with GraphQL, gRPC, REST, or other synchronous communication protocols.
You understand asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts in Python (e.g., asyncio, multithreading, AnyIO), and use tools like Pydantic and SQLAlchemy to write clean, production-ready code.
You've worked with SQL or NoSQL databases (bonus points for experience with DynamoDB or Cosmos DB).
You're familiar with event-driven systems using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
You have experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
You have experience with microservices and containerized applications; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
You understand authentication protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT, and have a solid grasp of CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure tools like Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
You care about code quality, write unit tests, and apply modern debugging and automation practices.
You're a strong team player who enjoys mentoring, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with others.
Bonus: Experience with Go or another object-oriented language.
Bonus points for AI experience
Basic understanding of AI systems and their core components.
