You bring strong executive presence, the ability to influence without authority, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments. Being a data-driven, analytical decision maker with excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking, are key in this role., 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences - Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology Preferred Qualifications - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams - Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting ## Description As a Business Developer for the MSP Program, you will define the strategic direction of how AWS engages with and grows the MSP partner ecosystem. You will identify market opportunities, shape the long-term vision for MSP partner collaboration, and influence cross-organizational strategy to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with MSP partners to understand their evolving needs, co-develop growth strategies, and ensure AWS's MSP value proposition remains differentiated and compelling in a rapidly changing market., Define and drive the strategic vision for AWS's MSP partner ecosystem, identifying new market opportunities and shaping how AWS and MSP partners co-innovate and grow together - Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through execution - building the business case, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable partner and customer outcomes - Engage directly with MSP partners at the executive level to understand their business models, identify growth levers, and co-develop joint strategies that accelerate mutual success - Influence cross-functional AWS leadership (sales, technical, marketing, finance) to align investment and resources behind the MSP strategy - Think Big - challenge the status quo, propose bold new approaches to partner engagement, and define what the next generation of MSP collaboration looks like - Develop frameworks to evaluate strategic opportunities, prioritize bets, and measure the impact of initiatives on partner growth and AWS revenue A day in the life You start your day reviewing strategic progress against key initiatives - are partners adopting new programs, are joint go-to-market efforts driving pipeline?
