## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph
 * Ability to work on client site in Chantilly, VA, 40 hours per week (no telework)
 * Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML techniques
 * Proficiency with Python and SQL
 * Bachelor's and Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
 * 5+ years of related professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience fine-tuning or deploying LLMs in a production or mission environment
 * Experience with multi-INT data
 * Experience applying machine learning algorithms to intelligence data
 * Knowledge of graph databases and database design
 * Ability to learn new technologies, adapt to dynamic mission needs, and develop/test new analytic methodologies

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy LLM and AI/ML solutions to solve mission-critical intelligence analytic problems
 * Build and maintain data pipelines and analytic models using Python and SQL
 * Fine-tune, evaluate, and operationalize large language models for intelligence use cases
 * Collaborate with intelligence analysts and technical teams to understand mission needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
 * Develop and test new analytic methodologies to adapt to evolving mission requirements
 * Communicate findings and technical approaches clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
