## About the Role

* 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
 * Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
 * Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.
 * Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
 * Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or MuleSoft integrations.
 * Knowledge of DevOps Center and modern Salesforce release management practices.
 * Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment., * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

 * Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
 * Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
 * Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
