What You'll Do
As the go-to IT support resource, you'll provide end-to-end technical support and ensure outstanding user experience., * Serve as a primary support resource for IT related issues

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
 * Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
 * Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
 * Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support
 * Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
 * Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions
 * Maintain and support standard and custom system images
 * Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
 * Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
 * Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed
