Include link or PDF and any required passwords. * Proven mobile app design experience across iOS and Android with familiarity in accessibility and platform design patterns. Companion experiences for sensors, wearables, connected devices, or data-rich health products preferred. * Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health products, Human Factors/usability engineering, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and healthcare data visualization strongly preferred. * Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer delivering complex digital health, medical device, or clinical software products preferred. * Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping and collaboration tools. Design systems experience required. Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows is a plus. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field preferred. ## Description Our client is seeking a Senior or Lead UX Designer to support prescription-based continuous glucose monitoring experiences. The role operates in a collaborative and regulated environment with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal partners. You will manage schedules, prioritize work, communicate tradeoffs, and meet deadlines while delivering end-to-end product design across iOS and Android. You will design clinically grounded, data-rich mobile experiences, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute from concept through approvals and delivery., * Design end-to-end mobile app experiences for prescription-based CGM products across iOS and Android. * Translate continuous glucose data, alerts, and system states into clear, safe, and actionable workflows for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. * Lead and contribute from early concepts and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity screens, technical flows, and regulated product documentation. * Partner with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, User Research, and Human Factors to align requirements, risk controls, labeling, and approvals. * Plan and support research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities. Synthesize findings to inform design decisions and mitigate risks. * Facilitate workshops, define problem statements, capture requirements, and clarify feasibility considerations. * Present designs to cross-functional teams and management. Communicate rationale, seek feedback, and drive alignment. * Support rapid prototyping and testing to validate concepts and interactions. * Serve as the design subject matter expert for assigned workstreams and support engineering handoff and POC activities. * Contribute to a culture of support, continuous improvement, and design excellence.
