This role is for a contractor embedded with Navy stakeholders, working closely with government leads, Integrated Product Teams, and cross-functional engineering groups. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery skills, understands the realities of Navy program execution, and can help teams deliver capability that directly supports Fleet readiness and operational effectiveness., * 3'5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams. * Experience working in DoD or Navy program environments, ideally within PEO C4I or similar program offices. * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders across government and contractor organizations. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. * Experience with Agile lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). * Active Secret clearance required at time of hire.
