This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making., * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytics role. * Advanced proficiency with SQL, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and data manipulation. * Strong experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions in Power BI. * Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and reporting best practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in an ever-changing business environment. * Experience within distribution, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation industries is strongly preferred.
